S.A.S. DEYI, located at 128 Rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, France, offers internationally for sale online a selection of exceptional handcrafted products, including clothing, accessories, fabrics, textile decorations, teas, and incense, all made in China. Sales are conducted via the secure website: https://deyi-living.myshopify.com.

 

Prices
The prices displayed on the site include all taxes (TTC). The company’s VAT number is FR12888335312. Orders can be paid via credit card or PayPal on the secure platform. Shipping costs are added to the price of the items and are calculated based on the customer’s geographical location. Shipping fees will be clearly indicated before final order confirmation.

 

Customs Fees
Certain countries may impose customs fees on products imported from China. DEYI cannot be held responsible for these fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend that customers familiarize themselves with the customs regulations of their country before making a purchase.

 

Order Preparation

  • Clothing: The production of clothing takes approximately 15 business days. DEYI does not hold pre-existing stock; each piece is made to order.
  • Fabrics: Fabric production is seasonal, influenced by the medicinal plants used and specific climatic conditions. If a fabric becomes unavailable, the customer will be promptly informed by email and may opt for an exchange or a refund.
  • Teas and Incense: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. In the event of stock shortages, the customer will be contacted via email for an exchange or refund.

 

Shipping
Items are shipped from Guangzhou, China, via the EMS carrier. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. For reference:

  • European Union / United States / Canada: approximately 10 to 15 business days.
  • During peak periods (e.g., Lunar New Year or Golden Week), delivery times may be extended.

A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.

The manufacturing time for each garment is approximately 15 business days, in addition to shipping times. We estimate that it will take around one month for a garment to arrive. We appreciate our customers’ understanding and patience. The DEYI project follows a sustainable fashion and slow design philosophy, far from the pressures of fast fashion. Each garment is made to last a lifetime.

 

Return and Refund Policy
DEYI offers a return policy valid for 15 days from the receipt of the order for textile products (clothing, accessories, fabrics). Teas and incense cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Return Conditions:
    Items must be in their original condition: new, unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
    To initiate a return, please contact our team by email at contact@deyi-living.com. Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges and Refunds:
    We encourage exchanges for size over returns for refunds, in order to support our artisans. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original order, within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

 

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your package, please check the condition of the items. In the event of a major issue (not related to the artisanal nature of the product), please contact our team at contact@deyi-living.com. Minor imperfections (e.g., slight variations in dyeing or weaving) are inherent to the handcrafted nature of the products and cannot be considered defects.

 

Insurance
S.A.S. DEYI is insured for mail-order sales in compliance with applicable regulations.

 

Data Protection
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are committed to protecting our customers’ privacy. All personal data collected is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and security. We will never share personal data with third parties without your explicit consent.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, after attempting amicable resolution, the competent court will be located in Paris. Customers may also seek mediation to resolve any disputes related to distance selling.

 

Modification of Terms and Conditions of Sale
DEYI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms regularly. The terms applicable to each order are those in effect at the time of the order.
