This project located in Beijing is a vegan restaurant offering only organic food from the Taiwanese brand GAOYANGSAN 高仰三. The core value of this restaurant is to spread the modern healthy & vegan culture and Chan/Zen way of living.

Our design aspires to convey this brand unique concept and spirit, but also to invite the customer to enjoy the dishes with full awareness. Therefore, the design focuses on creating a spiritual atmosphere, embracing the simplicity and abstraction of the design details, while emphasizing the functional aspects.

The moonlight at night, the shadow of wild nature and the abstract patterns of the clouds are realized through the use of lighting and multimedia technology. It reveals the unique elegance of the vegan restaurant, and at the same time offers the customers a full space for reverie.
